Temporary-to-Hire/Temporary

First Choice Personnel clients have experienced the benefits of working with temporary-to-hire employees.  Temporary-to-hire employees are the bread and butter of our business.  FCP requires an employee to work 500 hours before the client company is allowed to take them on full time.

Direct Hire

Your company may choose to direct hire an employee. This simply means we search for the candidates, and you select the fit for your company. The employee goes directly onto your payroll.  You simply pay a finder’s fee for that candidate. Each position is unique so pricing may vary.
